Nathan Gotsch

An Indiana native, Nathan graduated from USC film school and spent his 20s working in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles

In his 30s, he returned to Fort Wayne to become a high school teacher at his alma mater

In 2021, he created Bring It Up, an initiative to get more people vaccinated in NE Indiana

In 2022, he ran for Congress in Indiana’s 3rd District

His team collected more signatures to get on the ballot (7,002) than the number of votes the Democratic nominee garnered in the primary

His campaign produced more TV, radio, and digital spots than the other candidates combined

His campaign earned a higher percentage of the vote than any other independent running for Congress in states with straight ticket voting

After the election, he looked for ways to make a difference in 2023

When a group of anti-LGBTQ parents convinced the principal to cancel a play at a suburban Fort Wayne high school, he produced it independently

He organized a community event to fight back against book banning attempts at a local library

In his role as Indiana State Director for Business for America, he took the lead in creating a statewide alliance to increase voter registration and improve voter education

Nathan is proud to be a Hoosier and is committed to making Indiana a better place for all
